  3. The onion is shaped into oblique half rings.
  4. It is better to take the meat for the recipe from the shoulder blade; this tenderloin is softer and less fatty; it is cut into thin strips.
  5. Pour oil into a small saucepan and heat it up.
  6. The potatoes, dried on a paper towel, are deep-fried in batches (until golden brown).
  7. Fry the carrots in a frying pan, stirring constantly. Season with salt and add a mixture of peppers to taste.
  8. Fry the onion until yellow crust.
  9. The meat is placed in a well-heated frying pan, salt and pepper. Fry for 6 minutes, place on a plate, and fry the beets in the remaining oil.

  • spices and garlic - to taste;

  • salt, pepper mixture - to taste;

  1. The cabbage is chopped into thin strips, the lettuce leaves are chopped randomly.
  2. Rub potatoes, carrots and beets.
