  • fruits – 1.5 kg;
  • vodka – 1 l;
  • granulated sugar – 100-300 g.

The technology consists of several stages:

  1. Prepare fruit raw materials and thoroughly knead them or finely chop them.
  2. Fill with alcohol.
  3. Cover with a lid and store for two weeks in a dark place.
  4. Shake periodically.
  5. After two weeks, add sugar and mix thoroughly.
  6. After 2-3 days, filter and pour into a storage container.

  • berries – 1 kg;
  • vodka – 1 l;
  • water – 1 l;
  • sugar – 800 g.

The sequence of actions is as follows:

  1. Take a three-liter clean container and add sugar.
  2. Pour in warm water and stir until completely dissolved.
  3. Rinse the berries and add them there.
  4. Pour out the alcohol.
  5. Cover with a nylon lid.
  6. Let stand in a dark place for at least 10 days, preferably up to 20-30 days.
  7. Pour the liquid into the bottle, cutting off the sediment.

  2. Sloe fruit raw materials are combined with honey.
  3. Pour vodka and add dried cloves and cinnamon powder.
  4. Infuse for a year in a dark place (room temperature). Shake periodically.
  5. Two weeks before the end of preparation, the drink is filtered.

  2. Cover with gauze and keep warm for a month to allow fermentation processes to complete.
  3. Add 500 ml of alcohol and let it brew for another 15 days.
  4. Next, strain the liquid and boil it.
  5. Add the remaining volume of vodka and leave in a dark place for a month.

The berries for the frosty tincture are collected at the end of autumn, after the first severe cold snap.

Almond tincture

The name of this recipe does not indicate the presence of almonds. Experienced lovers have long noticed that if you prepare sloe tincture with 60% alcohol or moonshine, it gives a delicate almond flavor. Therefore, for lovers of this aroma, you can try this recipe. You will need the following ingredients:

  • granulated sugar – 500 g;
  • sloe berries – 2 kg;
  • moonshine – 2 l.

The process of preparing the tincture step by step looks like this:

  1. The berries are washed, kneaded and placed in a container with a narrow neck in a layer of 3 cm.
  2. Sprinkle with 150 g of sugar.
  3. Pour in 100 ml of water at room temperature.
  4. Place in a dark place. Keep warm, wearing a rubber glove.
  5. After gas formation ceases, the resulting liquid is drained and mixed with alcohol or moonshine - 50 ml of alcohol per 1 liter of juice.
  6. The remaining fruit mass of the sloe is poured with the main part of the alcohol.
  7. Insist for three weeks.
  8. Then syrup is made from 350 sugar and the same amount of water.
  9. Mix both liquids. Shake thoroughly.
  10. They continue to insist for at least two more weeks.

How to store the tincture

Tincture of sloe, filled with vodka, should be stored in a dark and cool room at a temperature of 10 to 20 degrees Celsius. Can be placed in the refrigerator or cellar. Even if the temperature there drops a little below +10, this is not critical.

The main condition is the absence of light (both solar and artificial). Otherwise, the tincture may lose not only its color, but also its aroma. The humidity in the room should be no more than 85%. Under such conditions, the shelf life is practically unlimited. The drink can be kept for 5-10 years.

After opening the bottle, the tincture should be consumed within a few days. Moreover, in this case it can only be stored in the refrigerator to prevent molding.
