Place the prepared berries in a saucepan or basin and fill completely with water. To make them soft, cook the viburnum for about 20 minutes. The fire doesn't have to be big. Strain out the berries.
We rub the soft berries through a sieve or colander.It's easier to do this before they cool down.
Measure the level of berry puree in the pan. This will be useful to us later. A wooden spoon with a long handle or just a clean wooden stick is good for this procedure. Make a mark on it, noting the level of the pureed berry.
Mix berry puree with broth. The mixture must be strained well. It is convenient to do this through gauze, which you need to lay on a colander in 2 layers. Let the resulting liquid sit for at least 3 hours. Carefully drain it from the sediment. Stir with sugar until it is completely dissolved.
Filter the mixture again. Now it should be boiled down to the same volume as the berry puree. Pour the finished jelly hot into dry, sterilized containers. Seat tightly and store in a cool place.
