  • 1 kg of berries;
  • a glass of honey;
  • 1 large lemon.

Making raw jam is very simple:

  1. The lemon needs to be peeled, cut in half and the seeds removed. If this is not done, unnecessary bitterness will appear.
  2. Feijoas are washed, ends removed and cut into small pieces.
  3. Now you need to place both the berries and the lemon into a blender or grind with a meat grinder until they become a homogeneous puree.
  4. Pour honey into the resulting slurry and mix everything thoroughly until smooth.
  5. Raw jam is laid out in sterile jars and put in the refrigerator. You can eat the product within a few hours, when the berry releases its juice. But you can also store the product in the refrigerator. all winter, replenishing the lack of vitamins as needed.

  • 1 glass of honey;
  • 1 cup shelled walnuts.

Prepare feijoa with honey according to this recipe as follows:

  1. Fry the nut kernels in a dry frying pan or dry in the oven (about 10 minutes).
  2. Now the cooled nuts need to be crushed; for these purposes you can use a mortar or rolling pin for dough. The pieces should turn out small, but you should not achieve a mush state - the nuts should be felt in the jam.
  3. Feijoa fruits are cut into several parts and ground in a blender.
  4. After this, you can add nuts and honey to the resulting puree and mix everything well.

All that remains is to put the product into jars and put it in the refrigerator for storage.

Feijoa with lemon, honey and ginger

Feijoa with honey is in itself a strong immunostimulating agent, and if you add lemon and ginger, you can get a real health cocktail.

To prepare you will need:

  • 0.6 kg feijoa;
  • 500 ml honey;
  • 1 lemon;
  • 3 spoons of grated ginger.

You need to prepare a vitamin mixture for the winter like this:

  1. Wash the fruits and cut off their ends on both sides.
  2. Cut the feijoa into several pieces and grind using a blender or meat grinder.
  3. Peel the lemon, remove the seeds and squeeze out the juice. Finely chop the zest.
  4. Grate the ginger on a fine grater.
  5. In a blender bowl, combine chopped berries, lemon pulp, juice and zest, and grated ginger. Grind everything thoroughly until it becomes a homogeneous puree.
  6. Now you need to add honey and mix well.

The finished mixture is placed in jars and covered with clean lids. The jam must be stored in the refrigerator.

Advice! To extend the shelf life of jam with honey and ginger, you can add water to it and boil for 10-15 minutes over low heat.

After this, roll up with metal lids. Honey can be replaced with sugar, but the benefits of such jam will be reduced.
