  • 1 cup granulated sugar;
  • half a can of grapes;
  • 2.5 liters of water;
  • a little citric acid.

  1. Grapes need to be picked from the bunches, cleaned of twigs and rotten berries.
  2. Now the fruits are washed under running water and placed in a colander to drain excess moisture.
  3. Each jar must be filled with berries to half the volume.

How to prepare compote:

  2. Jars for compote should be sterilized with boiling water or steam.
  3. Each jar is filled with berries to about a third of its volume.

But, if you take dark varieties of berries (Moldova, Isabella) - they are the ones that are best suited for preparing such a compote for the winter.

For each jar you will need:

  • 150 g granulated sugar;
  • 1-2 bunches of grapes (depending on size);
  • 3-4 apples.

Making a vitamin drink is simple:

  1. The grapes are washed directly on the tassels, shaken and lightly dried.
  2. Apples should also be washed and cut into several parts, the core and seeds removed. If the fruits are small, you can put the whole apples in the jar.
  3. The jars are pre-washed with soda and sterilized.
  4. Place apples and grapes in each jar, filling the container 2/3 full.
  5. All that remains is to add sugar, pour boiling water over the fruit, filling the jars to the very neck, and roll up.

The compote is turned over and wrapped. The next day you can put the jars in the basement.

The following ingredients will be required:

  • blue grapes 4-5 medium sized clusters;
  • 250 g granulated sugar;
  • 0.5 kg plums;
  • water.

The preparation of the drink will be as follows:

  1. Prepare the jars in advance: first wash the containers with soda, then sterilize them in the oven or any other way. After this procedure, the container should be completely dry.
  2. The grapes are not picked from the bunches; they are washed just like that. Shake the brushes thoroughly. The plums are also washed and lightly dried.
  3. Place enough plums into each jar to fill the container by a quarter. Place a couple of grape tassels on top. As a result, the jar should be half filled with fruit.
  4. The prepared fruit mixture is poured with boiling water and the jars are covered with lids.
  5. After half an hour, you need to drain the water infused on the berries and place it in a saucepan. Pour sugar in there, mix and bring to a boil. After boiling, you can boil the syrup a little more so that the sugar dissolves completely.
  6. Pour boiling syrup over the fruit and quickly close the jars with metal lids. Now you need to turn the containers with compote over and leave in this position for half an hour. When the drink has cooled down a little, the jars are turned over to their normal position and wrapped in a blanket - this way the compote will go through the sterilization process on its own.

The workpiece is taken to the cellar after 2-3 days, when the compote has thoroughly infused and cooled completely under the blanket.

This drink turns out to be very refreshing; it can be prepared not only for the winter, but also brewed for every day to quench your thirst in the unbearable summer heat.   • 100 grams of grapes;
  • 30 g lemon;
  • 1 spoon of sugar;

  2. The lemon should be scalded with boiling water and cut into slices along with the peel.

How to close grape compote for the winter in whole bunches

Small-fruited blue varieties are most suitable for such preparation, because the bunch should fit freely into the jar and pass through its neck. Preparing this compote is even faster and easier, because you don’t have to sort through and pick the berries.

The ingredients are as follows:

  • whole bunches without damaged or rotten berries;
  • 2 liters of water;
  • 1 cup granulated sugar.

The cooking technology is very simple:

  1. The brushes are washed under running water, inspected and single spoiled grapes are removed.
  2. The jars need to be washed with soda, but not sterilized yet.
  3. Several bunches are placed in each jar to fill it by about a third.
  4. Pour boiling water over the grape bunches, filling the jars to the top. After 10-15 minutes, the water is drained.
