  5. Bottle and keep in a dry, dark place for another 7 days. The container must be tightly closed. After this period, the drink is ready for consumption.
Important! Despite the fact that the pomegranate liqueur in this recipe includes alcohol, it will turn out to be quite soft - mineral water reduces the strength of the drink.

Pomegranate liqueur with cognac

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml pomegranate juice;
  • 500 g sugar;
  • 250 ml cognac;
  • zest of 1 lemon.

Cooking method:

  1. The seeds are extracted from the pomegranate and ground to obtain juice.
  2. Freshly squeezed pomegranate juice is mixed with sugar in a saucepan and the mixture is simmered over low heat until a viscous liquid forms.
