  8. Pour the finished wort into clean jars, filling them no more than ¾ full. Place the containers under a water seal or put a medical glove on the neck and pierce the little finger with a needle.
  9. Leave the wort in a warm place until complete fermentation. This may take 30–60 days.
  10. After clarification, the wine is drained without disturbing the sediment. Then it can be poured into clean bottles and closed well. Place in the basement or subfloor for ripening; this may take up to 2–3 months.

  6. Place the jars under a water seal or wear gloves.

  9. After 5-6 days, add the remaining sugar. Place under the water seal. The wort must ferment completely in 50 days.
