- Next, you need to mix everything thoroughly, rubbing the cabbage a little with your hands.
- Then allspice and bay leaf are added to the mixture. The salad is mixed again and left to release the juice.
- In the meantime, you can start preparing the marinade. To do this, bring the prepared water to a boil, pour granulated sugar and salt into it and stir until completely dissolved. Then pour vinegar into the container and remove the pan from the heat. The contents are immediately poured into a container with chopped vegetables.
