Recipe 2 – with garlic per day

You can pickle cabbage with garlic. It turns out very tasty. There is no need to stock up on special ingredients.

We make do:

  • a kilogram of white cabbage;
  • one carrot;
  • 3 or 4 cloves of garlic;
  • one liter of water;
  • half a glass of granulated sugar;
  • two tablespoons of salt;
  • a glass of table vinegar;
  • water - 1 liter; to prepare brine, it is not recommended to take tap water because it contains chlorine;
  • table vinegar - 1 glass;
  • vegetable oil - half a glass.
