  1. Pour moonshine into the container.
  2. Add sugar and mix thoroughly.
  3. Add berries.
  4. Close the container.
  5. Place in a dark place for 14 days.
  6. Filter.

  8. Wait another 15 days.

  1. Pour 400 g of fruit into a jar.
  2. Mash the berries.
  3. Add vodka - 1 liter.
  4. Add sugar - 1 cup (later you can sweeten the drink).
  5. Add a pinch of vanillin.
  6. Place the tincture in a dark place for 3 weeks, tightly closing the bottle.
  7. Filter.
  8. Place in the refrigerator for 3 days – the time needed to stabilize the taste of the drink.

The second option is preparation without vodka:

  1. Mash 1 kg of fruits.
  2. Add 30 g raisins.
  3. Add 500 g of sugar.
  4. Pour in 200 ml of boiled water, cooled to room temperature.
  5. Mix everything thoroughly.
  6. Place a water seal on the bottle (medical glove).
  7. Place the container in a dark place.
  8. After 10 - 30 hours, fermentation should begin: foam will appear on the surface, the glove will swell.
  9. Fermentation should last from 20 to 45 days.

  12. Store in a cool place for 3 months.

Currant bud tincture

Blackcurrant bud tincture is a recipe that not all winemakers know about. In fact, such alcohol is no worse in taste and beneficial properties. To prepare it you need:

  • moonshine or vodka – 500 ml;
  • black currant buds – 1.5 tbsp. l.;
  • fructose – 1 tsp.

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients in a jar.
  2. Add vodka.
