You will need the following ingredients:

  • 1.5 kg of fresh cucumbers;
  • half a pack of Korean carrot seasoning;
  • 100 g sugar;
  • 50 g salt;
  • half a glass of 9% vinegar;
  • half a head of garlic.
Advice! Regular ground cucumbers are best suited for this recipe, but salad varieties will not be as crispy.

Small pimply fruits will look much more impressive even in appearance. They should be washed under running water and rubbed with a soft brush. Next, cut the cucumbers, first lengthwise into 4 slices, and then crosswise into pieces that are convenient for you.

Advice! To prevent cucumbers from becoming bitter, you can soak them in cold water for several hours. This way, all the bitterness comes out quickly.

Place the chopped pieces in a bowl. Add salt, sugar and seasoning there. We peel the garlic and squeeze it through a special device, or you can use a fine grater.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Add vinegar and sunflower oil to the cucumbers. Mix the mixture thoroughly again and put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours to marinate.

Now cucumbers can be safely eaten. To prepare such a snack for the winter, we do the same thing, put the mixture into jars and sterilize for 15 minutes. We monitor the water level in the pan; it should reach the “shoulders” of the cans. We remove the jars from the pan and immediately begin seaming.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 kg of cucumbers;
  • 150 grams of carrots;
  • 1 heaped tablespoon of salt;
  • 125 ml vegetable oil;
  • 125 ml 9% vinegar;
  • ¼ pack of Korean carrot seasoning;
  • ¼ cup garlic;
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar.

Cut the cucumbers into 4 pieces lengthwise. The carrots need to be grated on a special Korean carrot grater. Combine the cucumbers and carrots in one bowl, add all the other ingredients, crush the garlic or grate it on a fine grater. Mix everything well and put it in the refrigerator for 24 hours, stirring the mass several times. After a day, the cucumbers are ready to eat. To roll them, we repeat the same sequence as in the previous recipe.
