Ingredients

For a 3 liter jar you need:

  • cabbage – 1 kg;
  • water – 1 l;
  • salt – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • sugar – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • vinegar essence (70%) – 2 teaspoons;
  • vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. spoon.

Preparation

Remove outer leaves and cut cabbage into pieces of desired size.

Wash the jars with soda, rinse, and sterilize.

Place the cabbage tightly into the prepared containers.

Boil water in an enamel saucepan, dissolve sugar and salt. Add oil, vinegar essence, boil for 3 minutes.

Pour the marinade into jars and seal them with nylon lids. Without turning over, cover with an old blanket.

Keep at room temperature for 3 days, then put in the refrigerator or cellar.

Comment! This workpiece should be stored at a low temperature; it can be removed to the balcony if the temperature there drops to 10 degrees.

  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • water – 1.5 l;
  • vinegar – 100 ml;
  • sugar – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • salt – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • black peppercorns – 6 pcs.;
  • allspice – 2 pcs.;
  • bay leaf – 1 pc.;
  • dill seeds – 1 teaspoon.

You need to marinate late varieties of cabbage. From the listed products you can prepare a three-liter jar of snacks.

Preparation

Cut the cabbage into pieces, after removing the leaves covering the head of cabbage.

Peel the beets, wash them, cut them into slices or cubes.

Place garlic, hot pepper, and bay leaf at the bottom of a pre-sterilized three-liter jar.

Place cabbage pieces on top.

  • vegetable oil – 100 ml;
  • salt – 6 tbsp. spoon;
  • sugar – 8 tbsp. spoon;
  • hot pepper – 1 pod;
  • water – 3 l;
  • black, allspice - at your discretion.

You can put more beets - they turn out tasty on their own, less sugar or garlic.

Preparation

Remove the top leaves from the cabbage and cut it into pieces.We marinate small slices in jars; for large containers, the heads can be cut into several parts.

Peel and wash beets and carrots. To can can in jars, grate the vegetables using a large-hole grater. For large containers, you can cut them into circles or bars.

Separate the garlic into cloves, peel them, and chop them finely.

Important! It is not advisable to use a special press in this recipe.

Combine carrots, garlic, beets, mix well.

Wash and dry containers for preparing cabbage for the winter. Sterilize the jars.

Ingredients

Prepare assorted vegetables:

  • cabbage – 1 small head;
  • cucumbers – 3 pcs.;
  • sweet pepper – 3 pcs.;
  • tomatoes – 3 pcs.;
  • onions – 2 pcs.;
  • garlic – 1 head;
  • carrots – 2 pcs.;
  • hot pepper – 1 pc.;
  • dill, parsley – 3 sprigs each;
  • tarragon - 2 sprigs;
  • black peppercorns – 6 pcs.;
  • salt – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • sugar – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • vinegar essence – 1 teaspoon.

The products are designed to tightly fill a three-liter container.All vegetables should be of medium size and of good quality.

Preparation

Wash all vegetables and herbs.

Remove the leaves on top and the stalk from the cabbage and cut into large pieces.

Remove the seeds and tail from the pepper, divide lengthwise into 4 parts.

Peel the onions, cucumbers and carrots and cut into slices.

Advice! If the cucumbers are young, with thin skin, you don’t have to remove it.

Separate the garlic cloves and peel them.

Cut the hot pepper into small pieces.

Carefully place all the ingredients in a container with spices in random order. First place the cabbage and tomatoes, add pieces of other vegetables into the voids.

Boil water, carefully pour into the jar, cover with a metal lid and wrap warmly for 30 minutes.

Pour the still warm water into an enamel saucepan. Bring to a boil, pour over the vegetables again and let sit for half an hour.

When you drain the liquid again, add sugar, salt, boil, add vinegar.

With raisins

Prepare:

  • cabbage – 3 kg;
  • carrots – 0.5 kg;
  • onion – 0.5 kg;
  • raisins – 1 glass;
  • sugar – 1 glass;
  • vegetable oil – 1 cup;
  • vinegar - 1 glass;
  • garlic – 1 head;
  • salt – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • water – 2 liters.

Preparation

Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage, remove the stalk, and cut into small pieces.

Peel the remaining vegetables, cut the onion into halves of rings, grate the carrots on a grater with large holes. Crush the garlic with a press.

Rinse raisins with hot water.

Combine the prepared products in a large bowl, mix and rub with your hands.

Sterilize the jars and place the vegetables in them, compacting them with your fist.

Cook the marinade from sugar, salt, vegetable oil. Add vinegar.

After boiling, fill the jars with marinade, seal, and insulate.
