  4. Add ½ sugar. Place the resulting mixture in a container, close it with a special water seal, and leave for 7 days.
  5. Drain 0.15 liters of wort (glass), stir in the remaining sweet substance. Transfer this mixture back.
  6. Leave for 6 weeks (temperature between 21-26 degrees) for complete fermentation.
  7. Drain the liquid into a clean container (sediment at the bottom).
  8. Place the container in a ventilated place (temperature 15-20 degrees) for complete clarification. The period is 3-12 months. Periodically, the resulting mixture should be drained (remove sediment).

Finally, the resulting wine is poured into prepared containers.

How to make blueberry wine with sourdough

This recipe is similar to the previous one. However, 1.6 liters of wine of 20-25 degrees of strength will appear here.

Ingredients:

  • desired berries – 2.5 kg;
  • raspberries or chokeberries - 0.5 kg;
  • sugar -1.5 kg;
  • water – 1.5 l;
  • glasses, bottles and pan.

Technique:

  1. Repeat steps 1-4 of the previous recipe.
  2. Prepare the starter: put chokeberry, 600 g of sweet substance and 250 ml of water in a separate container, mix, cover with cotton wool. Place in a cool, dark place (up to 21 degrees) for 1 week.
  3. After 7 days, mix the mixture of sourdough and juice, pouring in a thin stream from one container to another (at a temperature of 45 degrees - this will require a water bath). Leave to ferment at room temperature for 1.6 months.

Next, you need to drain the composition and place it to infuse.

Blueberry wine recipe with vodka

There are many variations of preparation - here is the classic method. The wine will be strong and bitter.

Ingredients:

  • desired berries – 0.6 kg;
  • water – 0.1 l;
  • vodka – 0.5 l;
  • sugar – 0.1 kg;
  • glasses, bottles and pan.

Cooking technique:

  1. Prepare blueberries: sort, rinse, dry.
  2. Pour the berries into a 1.5 liter bottle.
  3. Add sweets, water, alcohol. Mix.

  2. Get juice: squeeze into a separate container through cheesecloth. Add raisins there, cover a third of the sugar with gauze, and place in a dark place for 3-4 days.
  3. Pour the mixture into a bottle, add another third of sugar, and water at room temperature. Close with a water seal. Place in a dark place (temperature up to 25 degrees).
  4. After a week, drain, separating the sediment. Leave the liquid for 1.5 months until complete fermentation.
  5. Pour into a clean container, separating the sediment. Let it lighten for 3-4 months. Periodically separate the sediment.

To complete the process, pour the clean liquid into other containers and close the lids tightly.

Terms and conditions of storage

The suitability of this blueberry wine depends on several factors:
