  • cucumber – 2 pcs.;

  • lime – 1 pc.

Preparation:

  1. The pear is peeled, cored, and cut into cubes.
  2. Remove the peel from the cucumber and shape into circles.
  3. The lime is peeled and cut.
  4. The grass is crushed.

Beat all preparations with a mixer or blender until smooth. You don't have to add water.

With spinach and avocado

Required components:

  • nettle – 100 g leaves;
  • honey – 1 tsp;
