- garlic – from 5 to 8 cloves;
- onions – two pieces (large);
- carrots – 1 piece;

- sunflower oil;
- Dill seeds;
- allspice;
- coriander seeds;
- Bay leaf;
- salt to taste.
Place a deep frying pan on low heat, pour in refined sunflower oil and fry chopped onions and grated carrots in it.The vegetables should soften thoroughly, but not brown.
Tomatoes are washed under running water. Then the stalks are removed from them and the skin can be removed if desired. We also wash the bell pepper, cut it, cut out the stalks and remove the seeds. After this, grind the tomatoes and peppers with a blender or meat grinder. The resulting mass should be salted a little, added prepared spices to taste and put on low heat. - table vinegar 9% - one spoon;
- refined sunflower oil – 50 ml;
- red hot pepper to taste;
- granulated sugar - about 100 grams;
- dill and coriander seeds;
- salt – 2 (heaped) tablespoons.
Peel and chop the tomatoes and peppers as in the first recipe. Then the vegetables are chopped using a meat grinder or other kitchen equipment. Now this liquid mass is placed on the stove and brought to a boil. After this, you can add all the spices to the mixture. Next, peeled and chopped cucumbers are added to the dish. The salad is boiled for another 10 minutes, after which sunflower oil and table vinegar are poured into it. As soon as the dish boils again, turn off the fire.
Place peeled and chopped onions and garlic into clean, sterilized jars. Immediately after them, the vegetable mass is poured into jars. Now each jar is rolled up with sterilized lids and left to cool upside down. After the salad has cooled completely, you need to move the workpiece to a cool place.
