  • Medium-sized onion - 0.2 kg;
  • Head of garlic;
  • Allspice - 5 peas;
  • Laurel - 7 leaves;
  • Ground red pepper - 0.5 teaspoon;
  • Sugar - 3 tbsp. heaped spoons;
  • Salt - 1.5 tbsp. spoons.

Preparing lecho according to this recipe takes 50-60 minutes without cooking time. At first prepare tomato juice. Wash the tomatoes well, cut out the stem and chop them in any convenient way. It is best to first remove the skin from the fruit. Now this paste is poured into a saucepan and put on fire.

  • Sweet pepper - 1 kg;
  • Sugar - 3 tbsp. heaped spoons;

  • Garlic - 1 head;
  • Parsley - 1 large bunch;
  • Cilantro - 1 bunch;
  • Ground black pepper - 1/3 teaspoon;
  • Bay leaves - 4 leaves;
  • Allspice - 5 peas;
  • Carnations - 4 inflorescences.

This is one of those recipes that can stick with you. This lecho can be eaten with spoons, especially with meat dishes. Standard preparation begins with chopping good quality fleshy tomatoes. The stalks must be removed and the tomatoes are cut into cubes with or without skin. Now place the tomatoes in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
