Polish pickled cucumbers
To prepare this preparation, you should use fresh cucumbers, having previously washed them from dust. Next, you need to peel the onions and carrots and cut them into rings. Then you should boil water and put currant and cherry leaves there. The cooking process should last no more than two minutes.Add salt, vinegar and sugar to the resulting marinade, then let it brew for 10 minutes.
At this time, you should put some leaves on the bottom of the jar. You need to put cucumbers, carrots, and onions on them. You also need to add pepper, garlic and bay leaf. When the jar is full, you need to pour in the marinade and close the workpiece with a lid.
Next, you need to sterilize the preservation within 2 minutes from the moment of boiling. After this, you should remove the jar and screw on the lid. Then you need to turn the jar upside down and keep it that way until it cools.
Cucumbers with ketchup and chili
This preparation requires cucumbers, hot or tomato ketchup, spices, chili peppers and garlic.
You need to pour water into the pan and add salt, vinegar, ketchup, sugar, and then bring it all to a boil. Next, chop the chili pepper and garlic.
