  1. Brew tea in 1.5 liters of boiling water and let it cool.
  2. Wash, peel and coarsely chop the berries, prepare the basil.
  3. Combine strawberries, sugar and 100 g of water in a saucepan.
  4. Place over low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  5. Remove from heat, add basil.
  6. Stir and let cool.
