Turbo pruner is a pesticide whose active ingredients are amidosulfuron and iodosulfuron-methyl-sodium in combination with the antidote mefenpyr-diethyl. The substance is sold on the market in 1-liter plastic bottles; Secateur Plus herbicide can be found in five-liter canisters.

The high effect of Secateur Turbo is determined by the presence of active substances in its composition in combination with an antidote:
- Amidosulfuron suppresses the biosynthesis of amino acids, which causes cessation of growth and cell division in the plant body.
- Iodosulfuron affects the physiological processes of weeds, disrupts the activity of their enzymes and leads to growth arrest.
- The antidote causes the breakdown of harmful substances in cultivated plants that have been treated with the drug, ensures selectivity and prevents the occurrence of phytotoxicity.
The herbicide has a systemic effect and is quickly absorbed by plant foliage, after which it moves throughout all its tissues and settles in growth points. As a result, the weed stops developing and dies over time.

It is advisable to work with the herbicide on a warm and windless day with high air humidity. But even if after spraying there is precipitation or the temperature drops sharply, this will not affect the effectiveness of Secateur Turbo.
The consumption of the drug per hectare of land is usually 200-300 ml. When spraying by aerosol method, the dosage is 5 l/ha. Irrigation of winter crops and wheat is carried out in the spring during the tillering phase of plantings, once, using up to 500 ml of the composition.
