How long to cook hemp mushrooms

You need to know how to properly cook hemp mushrooms. They are tender and have a thin plate, so they cannot be overcooked: they will lose their shape and taste. Place the mushrooms and add salted water. Boil and cook for no more than 5-10 minutes. Drain the broth, add clean water with the addition of a teaspoon of salt and cook over low heat for 20-30 minutes. Periodically remove the foam with a spoon or slotted spoon. It’s easy to check if it’s ready: all the honey mushrooms will settle to the bottom of the pan. Place the boiled mushrooms in a colander and leave for 25-40 minutes to drain.

Such preliminary preparation is necessary for any method of further processing other than drying. To dry the mushrooms, you only need to peel them.

  • coarse gray salt – 130 g;
  • mixture of peppercorns – 8 pcs.;
  • horseradish leaf – 10 pcs.;
  • oak or grape leaf – 10 pcs.;
  • dill with umbrellas - 10 stems;
  • bay leaf – 8 pcs.;
  • garlic – 15 cloves;
  • horseradish root – 50 g.

Cooking method:

  1. Pour salt into the bottom of the dish and place some leaves and herbs.
