  • 500 ml tomato paste.
  • 1 bunch each of dill, parsley and coriander.
  • 3 large or 4 small garlic.
  • 2 tbsp. l. salt.
  • 2 tsp. vinegar.
  • 100 gr. Sahara.
  • half a glass of vegetable oil.

Adjika preparation process:

  1. The preparatory stage includes washing the vegetables under running water. After that, let them dry so that excess water does not get into the dish.
  2. We prepare the meat grinder. It will help grind all the ingredients so that the finished mass is as homogeneous as possible. A more modern version of kitchen appliances - a blender is also perfect for this purpose. It is worth noting that the mass of vegetables minced through a meat grinder turns out more puree-like. This is exactly what a real tomato miracle – adjika – should be.
  3. Grind all the ingredients one by one, leaving only the greens for later. The finished mass most often has an orange color. Mix them with a wooden spoon. At this point add vinegar, sugar and salt.
  4. Finely chop the greens and add to the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Knead the mixture for about 10 minutes. After that, we let it stand and soak for the same amount of time.

Recipe No. 2 Adjika with plum

This recipe is good both for those who make preparations for the winter and for those who prepare adjika for the next holiday table.

Main ingredients.

  • 1 kg blue, not crushed plums. Take the blue plum; it is the only one suitable for preparations.
  • 1 head of garlic. You can also vary this ingredient according to your taste.
  • 2 tbsp. l. salt. You should not choose iodized salt for preparations.
  • 1 kg bell pepper. For a more impressive appearance of the dish, use peppers of different colors.
  • 3 pcs. hot pepper.
  • Sugar to taste.
  • 500 ml tomato paste. When purchasing, pay attention to the expiration date of the paste.Bad ingredients will cause your snack to go bad.
  • 1 tsp vinegar.

The process of preparing adjika.

  1. Cut the tomatoes into several parts. If there is a hard stalk inside, it is better to remove it.
  2. Separately, soak the horseradish roots in water.After about 50-60 minutes, take them out and clean them.

  4. We prepare a meat grinder and pass all the components of our adjika through it.

Recipe No. 4 Adjika apple

  • 1 kg sweet bell pepper.

  • 200 gr. garlic

  • Sugar and salt 150 gr.
  • 100 gr. tarragon.

The process of preparing adjika.

  1. We clean all vegetables and fruits. Remove the core from the apples. Remove the skins from the tomatoes by lowering them into boiling water for 2-3 seconds.
  2. Grate the tomatoes. Put the mixture on fire.

  • 500 gr. garlic and chili pepper.
  • 20 gr. cumin and dried savory,
  • 300 gr. walnuts.
  • 100 gr. cilantro.
  • 60 gr. wine vinegar.
  • 50 gr. olive oil.
  • 60 gr.salt.
