- 3 large or 4 small garlic.
- 2 tbsp. l. salt.
- 2 tsp. vinegar.
- 100 gr. Sahara.
- half a glass of vegetable oil.
Adjika preparation process:
- The preparatory stage includes washing the vegetables under running water. After that, let them dry so that excess water does not get into the dish.
- We prepare the meat grinder. It will help grind all the ingredients so that the finished mass is as homogeneous as possible. A more modern version of kitchen appliances - a blender is also perfect for this purpose. It is worth noting that the mass of vegetables minced through a meat grinder turns out more puree-like. - Grind all the ingredients one by one, leaving only the greens for later. The finished mass most often has an orange color. Mix them with a wooden spoon. At this point add vinegar, sugar and salt.
