Sweet pepper “Snow White” is an early ripening variety. The time frame from sowing to full ripening is 4 months. The culture is intended for cultivation in a greenhouse. This variety is not suitable for open ground.

  • timely and regular watering;
  • loosening the soil;
  • feeding the plant with mineral fertilizers;
  • removing the lower leaves up to the first fork from the bush.
Advice! As you may have already noticed from the description, the variety does not require special growing and care conditions, so it can be safely grown on a plot adjacent to other types of sweet bell peppers.

The storage conditions for pepper are the same as for most vegetables: air temperature from +3 to +6 and moderate humidity. For short-term storage, a regular refrigerator is perfect.

Advice! To preserve the vitamin vegetable for a long time, it can be frozen or canned.

Victor Petrovich, 62 years old, Kyiv
I have been growing vegetables since early childhood. My parents also instilled in me a great love for cultivating the land. My favorite thing to grow is sweet peppers. I can fit several varieties in one greenhouse. I try to plant peppers of different degrees of maturity. Of the early varieties, I prefer Snow White. The variety is productive, low-growing, and has good taste. No special care required and stores well. I use ripe fruits raw as salads, and also freeze them for the winter.

I would like to share my experience of growing Snow White peppers. The variety began to be planted last year. I really like that the bushes are small. There are quite a lot of peppers on one plant. Productivity is high. I really liked this variety in terms of taste. Juicy, aromatic vegetable. It makes especially good salads. Next year I will try to preserve the peppers for the winter.
