Bee death is the result of the natural death of bees. This product has widespread use in folk medicine. Beesroot for joints has proven its effectiveness for many years. There are a lot of recipes for preparing medicinal compositions (ointments, creams, alcohol tinctures, compresses, decoctions, balms).
The benefits of bee products for treating joints
To treat joints, bee products such as wax, honey and dead bees are used.
Honey
The positive properties of honey are beyond doubt. It has many properties: calms; warms, heals, tones. In addition, it has excellent taste.
As for honey for the treatment of joints, it copes with many diseases, such as rheumatism, gout, radiculitis, and arthritis.
Honey for treating joints has the following properties:
Anti-inflammatory. Joint pain becomes less noticeable due to reduced inflammation. When the joint tissue at the junction becomes enlarged and inflamed, the person experiences difficulty moving. Honey relieves this inflammation and normalizes blood flow in areas of tissue damage. Next, the recovery processes characteristic of healthy joints begin. Honey can draw out excess fluid, eliminating the cause of swelling.
Bactericidal. Honey is considered a natural antibiotic, and the hydrogen peroxide contained in the product destroys microbes that cause inflammation and joint pain.
Restorative. After the inflammatory process is removed, it is necessary to bring the joints back to normal. The sugars contained in honey help joints recover.
General strengthening. Honey has a positive effect not only on joints, but also on the entire body.
Beeswax
Another bee remedy for treating joints is wax. This product is saturated with a lot of useful vitamins and microelements that the body needs.
Due to its property of retaining heat for a long time after heating, it is widely used for the treatment of colds and pulmonary diseases, as well as in the treatment of bronchitis, radiculitis, osteochondrosis, arthritis (only in the absence of purulent processes).
Since the melting point of wax is about seventy degrees, burns are practically excluded and positive results from using wax due to prolonged heat are observed. Prolonged heating improves blood circulation and reduces inflammation.
These healing properties of wax have been scientifically proven and are used in traditional medicine.
There are many contraindications to using wax. The use of wax is contraindicated in case of varicose veins, hypertension, diabetes, poor circulation, anemia, as well as in the presence of wounds and rashes on the arms and legs.
It is forbidden to use wax if there is pus in the affected area or there is a possibility of hemorrhage, as well as in case of severe diseases of the internal organs, or if there are tumors in the bones.
Dead bees
Dead bees include substances such as:
- melanin, which regulates metabolism and removes heavy metal salts from the body, and also relieves intoxication;
- chitosan, which has an analgesic effect and normalizes intestinal function; medicines made with its help cleanse blood vessels and restore fat balance in the body;
- heparin is a substance that has a positive effect on many pathological processes in the body; getting inside, these components inhibit inflammation processes, stabilize blood pressure, and also strengthen the walls of blood vessels;
- amino acids contained in dead bees are completely absorbed by the body and provide it with vitamins and minerals so necessary for brain function;
- peptides that participate in the regeneration of cells and tissues of the body;
- vitamins A, P, E, F, D, B.
Dead bees in some quantities contain a complete list of beekeeping products: wax, propolis, bee jelly, as well as bee venom.
The effectiveness of treating joints with bee death
Why is bee death so effective for joints? Firstly, due to the above components included in the product. Chitosan occupies a special place here, the function of which is to strengthen bones and joints. Secondly, bee deadstock contains bee jelly, a little poison, wax, and propolis. Thanks to the poison, the products from dead bees penetrate the tissues quickly and actively act on the sore spot.
As practice shows, treating joints with bee kill is considered one of the most effective ways to get rid of inflammation and restore lost flexibility.
Just look at the beekeepers. These people enjoy good health due to the fact that they are constantly in contact with bees and actively consume their products. Most often, beekeepers do not complain about problems with joints.
It is generally accepted that joint diseases are a “disease of older people,” but, unfortunately, this pathology is getting younger from year to year. Therefore, timely prevention and treatment are extremely important.
The medicinal properties of dead fruit are enhanced when combined with other bee products, vegetable oils and other natural compounds.
Summarizing the literature and recipes already tested in practice, we can confidently speak about the unambiguous effectiveness of bee death for joints.
Recipes from dead bees for joints
Collection of dead bees can be carried out at any time of the year. The material for making healing recipes must be selected with high quality. The main indicator of quality is the natural sweetish smell. Even a slight smell of mold indicates poor quality of the raw materials. It is also necessary to remember that hives are treated with chemicals at least twice a year. Accordingly, dead bees containing this substance are strictly prohibited for ingestion. Such a composition should not be allowed to come into direct contact with mucous membranes or open wounds.
Recipe for dead bee tincture for joints
Pour 0.5 liters of crushed dead bees into 1.5 liters of vodka or moonshine. Leave for at least 15 days (longer is better). To increase efficiency, add propolis tincture (20-30%).
To get the benefit, it is worth considering the method of application.
To treat joints with bee death, an alcohol tincture is used in the form of lotions or compresses lasting no more than 15 minutes. Also, the prepared tincture can be rubbed into sore joints 3-4 times a day. At the same time, especially protect the areas being rubbed from hypothermia. Treatment can be carried out for up to 12-13 weeks.
Healing ointment
The dead bees must first be sifted. Do not rinse under any circumstances!
With added beeswax
Ingredients:
- sifted dead fruit – 20-30 g;
- beeswax – 80-90 g;
- vegetable (olive oil is possible) oil – 200 ml;
- pine resin – 100 g.
Grind the dead bees to a powder and add it to slightly heated oil. Stir the resulting mixture for about 10 minutes, then add wax. After another 10 minutes, add resin. Boil over low heat for another 10 minutes, then cool. Store the healing ointment in a cool, dry place, protected from light.
With the addition of propolis
Ingredients:
- sifted dead bees – 20-30 g;
- beeswax – 20-30 g;
- propolis – 20-30 g;
- vegetable (olive oil is possible) oil – 150 ml.
Heat the oil a little. Sift and grind the dead bees into powder and add it to the oil. Mix thoroughly and add propolis with wax (pre-cut into small pieces). Stir until it begins to boil, then turn off until completely cooled.
With added Vaseline
The recipe is very simple. Grind the dead bees to a powder and mix thoroughly with Vaseline. Bee dead – 20-25 g, Vaseline – 100 g.
With the addition of salicylic ointment
The recipe is similar to the previous one, but 50 g of salicylic ointment and 10 g of dead bees are mixed in it.
With the addition of pork lard
Ingredients:
- dead bees (powder) – 10 g;
- pork lard – 100 g;
- propolis – 20 g.
Grate the propolis and place it in a saucepan along with all the ingredients. Next, cook the resulting mass for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Once completed, refrigerate. Keep refrigerated.
Apply a thin layer of ointment in a circular motion to the affected joint. Next, the treated area of skin is covered with a cloth (it should be natural and “breathe”). After spreading, some recommend wrapping the sore spot with cling film and wrapping it with a cloth. You can simply rub the ointment in for up to 10 minutes.Depending on the intensity of the pain, apply the ointment 1-2 times a day. The duration of treatment is two weeks. Re-treatment should begin no earlier than a week later.
Cream
In order for the medicinal cream to show maximum effectiveness, you need to use high-quality dead bees.
Podmor cream is the best remedy for joint pain, varicose veins, and problems with the spine.
To prepare dead bee cream at home, you will need almost the same ingredients as for the ointment, but with some changes.
The recipe is as follows:
- vegetable (olive or sunflower) oil – 200 ml;
- death of bees - 1 tablespoon;
- propolis – 1 teaspoon;
- wax – 1 teaspoon.
Mix all ingredients in a clean bowl and place in a water bath for 1 hour. Over time, the mixture acquires the consistency of a cream. Let the cream cool a little.
Application
The resulting mixture must be gently rubbed into the skin. The procedure must be repeated several times a day until a positive effect of the treatment occurs. You need to start little by little, observing the body's reaction. Then gradually increase the dose.
Experts recommend using the cream first for a short time, approximately 5 minutes and gradually increasing to 15-30 minutes.
Oil extract
Often people confuse tincture with extract and do not know the difference between them.
An extract is an extract (extraction) of all useful components from a product. The result is a highly concentrated substance.
The tincture is mainly prepared with alcohol or vodka. But the extract, unlike the tincture, is prepared with water, alcohol and oil.
Another important difference is the concentration of the substance. So, in tinctures it is 1:5-1:10, and in extracts it is 1:2, and in some cases even 1:1.
The tincture is infused and not subjected to heat treatment, and the extract can be steamed, squeezed or dried.
With the help of an oil extract, you can completely alleviate the course of such an unpleasant disease as rheumatism (the components of death reduce the intensity of the acute inflammatory process). Proper use of home remedies can improve the condition of a hernia.
Compound:
- dead bees - 1 tablespoon;
- vegetable oil – 200 g.
Combine the ingredients and shake thoroughly for 20 minutes. Store this product in the refrigerator in any dark container.
Application
Use the product in the form of compresses when pain occurs in the joints or spine. To do this, the medicine is first shaken and the required amount is poured, heated, soaked in gauze or cloth, applied to the site of inflammation, covered with polyethylene, and wrapped. The duration of the compress is 30 minutes.
Alcohol extract
To treat joints with alcohol extract, you need to mix 1 glass of dead bees with 0.5 liters of vodka or alcohol. Then keep in a dark place for 22 days, periodically removing and shaking. The resulting extract is used to treat varicose veins and joint diseases (in the form of rubs, compresses).
Compress
Compress is one of the simplest ways to treat joint pain. You can do it in different ways:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a water bath, add dried and ground dead bees, propolis, wax, and keep on low heat for about one hour. The result should be a thick cream. Apply it to the sore spot, with polyethylene on top. Wrap up well. Keep it for no more than 15 minutes, and you need to start with 5 minutes.
- Mix a glass of dead bees with a glass of olive oil in a 1:1 ratio. Standard application: first time – 5 minutes. In the absence of an allergic reaction, the duration is gradually increased to 15 minutes.
- Pour 1 tablespoon of Podmore with a glass of hot water and let it brew for 20-30 minutes. Make compresses for 5 minutes and gradually increase the time to 15 minutes.
All recipes are time-tested and effective.
Decoction
Pour 1 glass of water into a small container, add 1 tablespoon of dead bees, preferably in powder form. Without opening the lid, cool for two hours, then strain through double cheesecloth. Keep in the refrigerator.
Application scheme:
- the first 2 weeks, 1 tablespoon 3 times a day;
- the next two weeks, 2 tablespoons 3 times a day;
- the next two weeks, 3 tablespoons 3 times a day;
- take a break for at least 3 months;
- then, if necessary, take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day for a month.
This procedure using dead bees is carried out for severe pain in the back and joints. Pour 0.5 cups of dead bees into a glass of boiling water, then let it brew for at least 20 minutes. The decoction can be used in the form of lotions, compresses, baths, applying them to sore joints, but for no more than 15 minutes a day. You can take a medicinal warm bath, 0.5 liters of decoction at a time (also no more than 15 minutes).Take twice a day, in the morning and before bed.
Raspar
This type of treatment was known and used in ancient times. Today, doctors prefer steam from dead bees, which is used in the form of all kinds of baths for hands and feet, and compresses.
Half a glass of dead bees is poured into 0.5 liters of boiling water. And let it brew under the lid for 20-25 minutes. Then strain the steamed bee bodies, wrap in gauze and apply to the sore spot, lay parchment paper on top, and secure it all with a bandage or towel. Wear for 1-1.5 hours. After time, remove the steam and wipe the skin with a warm, damp towel. After the procedure, it is important not to let the limb get cold!
Rules of application
To treat knee and other joints from arthritis, dead bees are used in the form of tincture, ointment, cream and other recipes. The rules of application for each have already been described above. But there are some common features:
- for greater convenience, it is advisable to warm up some types of ointment a little before use;
- to achieve greater effectiveness, the area with the applied ointment must be warmed by wrapping it with at least a towel;
- if there is any doubt about the volume of the spoon, then you can dose it according to the equivalent: 1 tablespoon is equal to 15 g;
- It is better to start taking a bath from 5 minutes, gradually increasing the stay time depending on how you feel;
To achieve improvement, treatment must be regular.
Precautionary measures
To enhance safety, the following precautions should be observed:
- Before treatment, it is advisable to consult with your doctor or at least a specialist in this field.
- Taking a bath should not exceed 15 minutes a day and should not be done more than twice a week.
- Although the components in the presented recipes for dead bees are natural, do not exceed the established doses and duration.
- Observe alternation of treatment regimens and pauses between them.
If the ointment is absorbed normally, then its amount can be gradually increased.
Contraindications
For treatment to be beneficial, it is always important to consider contraindications.
- The main contraindication is allergies. To detect it, apply the remedy to a soft area of skin, such as the wrist, and wait 12 hours. There should be no discomfort: redness, burning, rash, itching.
- Do not use dead bees during pregnancy, especially after the first trimester. During this period, there is a high probability of unpredictable side effects for the mother and the fetus. This is due to hormonal changes in the woman’s body.
- Do not use treatment on children under six years of age.
Dead bees in any form are prohibited for use in cases of cancer, which are accompanied by accelerated metabolism. Use with caution in the presence of systemic autoimmune pathologies.
Conclusion
Beesroot for joints has been effectively used for many years and is one of the best remedies. This is facilitated by the fact that the bodies of bees contain chitosan, which is also called “bee san”. It is not so difficult to make medicines with your own hands and use them, but you should always remember that each person’s body is individual and consultation with a doctor will never be superfluous.
